Receptionist Position

We are looking to hire a full time receptionist. Previous reception experience is ideal but not an asset. Training can be provided.

This is a full time position

Monday to Friday, 8 – 5p. No evenings or weekends!

Reception type duties include answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, receiving payments for services, end of day cash out. Great customer service is a must!

You may be required to help with some vet assistant duties such as cleaning exam rooms or assisting the veterinarian at times.
